Robert Brian Blaisdell operates the online store at robertbrianblaisdell.myshopify.com from the United States. The Terms below describe the relationship between us and you — the visitor or customer — when you use the store or place an order. They are drafted to be as clear as they are enforceable.

Who these Terms apply to

Where an order has already been paid but is declined or cancelled by us, we return the full amount to the original method of payment without delay.

Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the store are listed in United States dollars. Prices are subject to change as our costs change, but the price at which we honor a given order is the price displayed at the moment of checkout. If a product is displayed at a clearly incorrect price — an obvious typographical mistake, for example — we reserve the right to cancel the affected order rather than fulfill it at the wrong price, and a full refund is issued. Payment is taken at checkout through the methods offered on the site. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

The manner and timing of shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy published separately on the store. The circumstances under which returns and refunds are accepted are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms and apply to every order in full.

Product descriptions

We describe each product with as much accuracy as we can. Small variations in tone, finish, or dimension may nonetheless occur — screen colors differ from one device to another, and natural materials do not always behave uniformly. Variations of this kind are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Intellectual property

The written content, photography, illustrations, graphic design, video, source code, and page layout that appear on the store are the property of Robert Brian Blaisdell, or are used under license. The name "Robert Brian Blaisdell" and any related identifying marks are proprietary to us. All of this material is protected under United States copyright and trademark law.
